HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN JOIN A TOUR?

We keep our cluster sizes low ‘so’ you have the freedom to move around and get involved with your surroundings, as well as more personal attention from our local guides. This intimate size ensures that your cluster will not crowd your experience.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY BOOKING IS CONFIRMED OR NOT?

Whether a booking is created online or over the phone, confirmation would be sent to you via email, which would include your reservation number and travel details.

HOW DO I KNOW I CAN TRUST THIS TRAVEL VENDOR?

Trip Counselors, a Direct Travel Company, is very cautious when it comes to choosing our business partners and vendors. This vetting of travel suppliers and support of the ‘good ones’ over the past 50+ years has given us preferred access to the world’s top trusted suppliers. In turn, they trust us to represent and take care of the reputations they have earned over the years and to deliver the same high standard of care to our mutual clients.

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Travel insurance is offered and counselled to guard your travel investment. . Many trips, like tours and cruises, involve non-refundable funds paid months in advance. Travel insurance protects you from losing this investment. Perhaps even more important is the ‘during travel’ coverage and assistance that comes with the top-flight insurance firms we carry.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE WITH TRIP COUNSELORS?

Payment for bookings created with Season Tours & Travels can be made through your Credit / Debit card, Net Banking, Cheque or Cash. All payments must be in Indian Rupees. In case you want to make a payment by cheque or by cash, please visit our office or contact us on +91 98755-03175.

HOW DO I CANCEL A TRIP?

Call us right away. If it’s after normal business hours, please contact the next involved travel provider (airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line) to cancel any reservations you will not be able to use. If you bought travel insurance, please contact the insurance company’s 24-hour line to start the cancellation process and ensure your maximum refund.
